JAMESTOWN — Do you know how to make 30-minute cheese? If you attended the first-ever Dairy Days Open House at Cornell Cooperative Extension, Chautauqua County, you learned how to make cheese and a whole lot more.

In conjunction with National Dairy Month, Cooperative Extension, in partnership with Chautauqua County Farm Bureau, Chautauqua County Soil & Water; Upstate Farms, Aldrich Dairy, NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, and Welch’s, hosted more than 150 children, adults and senior citizens from Chautauqua County.
