Member Support Team Representative & Foundation Assistant


The position of Member Support Team (MST) Representative with New York Farm Bureau is available immediately. Applications are now being accepted for this position.

NYFB is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person to provide customer service to members and prospective members, and provide support services to New York Farm Bureau Foundation for Agricultural Education.

Responsibilities of this position include assisting members by identifying and solving problems, taking payments and registrations for organization events and conferences; making welcome and renewal calls to members, and other customer service tasks. This position will provide administrative support for the Foundation in preparing correspondence, assisting in special projects, and maintaining database to track donors and send follow-up correspondence.

Candidate must be personable, energetic and have the ability to work autonomously.   Knowledge of MS Office (including Excel) required.  Graphic design/InDesign experience and some agricultural background preferred.
