The position of Foundation Assistant & Member Support Team (MS) Representative with New York Farm Bureau, working in the Albany office, is available immediately. Applications are now being accepted for this position.

NYFB is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person to provide direct support to New York Farm Bureau Foundation for Agricultural Education and customer service to members and prospective members.

This position will provide administrative support for the Foundation in preparing correspondence, assisting in special projects, and maintaining database to track donors and send follow-up correspondence. In addition, this position will also be responsible for creating and updating Foundation collateral material and maintaining the Foundation website.

Member Support responsibilities of this position include assisting members by identifying and solving problems, taking payments and registrations for organization events and conferences, making welcome and renewal calls to members, and other customer service tasks.

Candidate must be personable, energetic and have the ability to work autonomously. Knowledge of MS Office (including Excel) required. Graphic design/InDesign experience and some agricultural background preferred.
